Please note that refunds are not available for studio bookings. If you are not able to attend your booking, please reschedule. You can may reschedule at any time. Please email lestudio.gc@gmail.com reschedule, or use the link in your booking email.

Your booking time includes set-up and pack-down, so please ensure your booking has enough time to allow for this. As we have regular studio bookings, we ask that you do not stay past your booking time or begin earlier than your booking time. Arriving or leaving more than 5 minutes on either side of your booking will incur a $100 express fee. If you require extra time during your booking, please email us at lestudio.gc@gmail.com or text us (phone numbers are provided upon booking) and we will let you know if additional time can be arranged.

Our studio operates on a self-serve basis. You will receive instructions on how to access and unlock the studio via email when you book in.

Another business is located upstairs in the warehouse, so you may occasionally hear other people, but there should not be loud disturbances. If you need to record talking videos or podcasts, please contact us to request private availability.

Please be mindful of noise as there are surrounding businesses operating during normal Monday to Friday business hours.

For direct sun, please book between 7-10am. For diffused natural lighting, please book after 10am.
