We are located at 23 Margaret Street, Southport. Access details will be provided upon booking.

Viewings can be arranged if you’d like to see the space before booking. Please email us at lestudio.gc@gmail.com to request a viewing.

There are a small number of car parks inside the warehouse complex, and ample street parking just outside.

There is no air conditioning in the space, however we do have a pedestal fan available for use.

Another business is located upstairs in the warehouse, so you may occasionally hear other people, but there should not be loud disturbances. If you need to record talking videos or podcasts, please contact us to request private availability.

All furniture items and props are included in your booking. Studio lighting and tripods are also included.

You will have access to a bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette (please note we don’t have a fridge available).

You will have access to high speed internet at the studio.

We do not offer refunds for studio bookings if you are not able to attend, however you may reschedule your appointment at any time. Please contact us if you wish to reschedule, or use the link in your booking email.
